Worship With Us
We understand that visiting a new church can feel overwhelming, but rest assured, you are welcomed and valued here. No matter where you are on your journey—whether you're new in your journey or looking for a place to call home—we want to walk alongside you and support you as you explore and grow.
Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can connect, learn, and be encouraged. We’re not just a place to attend; we’re a community where you can belong, grow, and make a difference in the lives of others.
Church is more than a place, it community of people who share life together and impact the world for Christ.
Frequently Asked Questions
We encourage people to dress comfortably. For some, that may mean dressing up, but for others it means wearing casual clothes. The New Testament simply instructs us to dress modestly and decently. So, we do not burden people unnecessarily by requiring them to dress up in fancy clothes they do not normally wear. We want everyone to come, be comfortable, and enjoy learning about God together.
You will have the opportunity to check-in your child(ren) prior to the service in the lobby of the Sanctuary. Younger children (ages 0-3 years) are able to take advantage of our nursery program - located in the Life Center. Children (ages 4 through 5th grade) are invited to join us in the Sanctuary for the opening song. Afterward, they will be dismissed to the Life Center, where they’ll enjoy a program designed just for them (Kids Link). Of course, you are welcome to keep your child(ren) with you during the service if you prefer.
Our style is relaxed and contemporary, but we take our relationship with God very seriously. Our goal is to create an atmosphere that honors God and helps people to draw close to Him. For that reason, we avoid things that will make church feel like a “show” and preach faithfully to the truth of Scripture. Checking out our livestream is a great way to get a feel for our service.
Yes, parking is available on-site. You’re welcome to park behind the Sanctuary, in our grass parking lot (corner of Bull & 56th St.), or in street parking around the Sanctuary.
Giving is an opportunity to worship God through trusting Him with our finances. The Bible encourages believers to give a tithe (10%) of their income to support the ministry of the church. Anything above that is called an offering and is a way to honor God through giving sacrificially to specific needs. Giving is not an obligation as much as it is an opportunity to worship God by trusting Him with what He has given.
We often say about our church that we are a bunch of people with nothing in common but Jesus. There isn’t a “type” of person that comes to our church and we believe that is one of our greatest strengths. People with all different backgrounds come together under the authority of God and seek to be conformed to His image.
